Payment Methods Accepted

We accept major credit cards, Paypal, Checks or Money Orders by mail.




Once your display is shipped (usually between 1 to 4 business days after placing order), you will receive a email with the shipping details, i.e., tracking number, date of expected delivery, etc.  Any order over $200.00 will require a signature upon delivery.   All items are shipped with tracking and insurance.  It rarely happens, but if your item is damaged on arrival, we will immediately replace an identical item and ship to you at no charge once we receive the damaged item back.  Delivery services require the damaged item to be returned in order for us to file a claim. 



If you are not happy with your purchase, please return it in its original condition within 10 days with same box and packaging, and a refund of the listed price will be given.  No Shipping charges will be refunded.  Please email us prior to returning any item to arrange a replacement or refund. We recommend that you send any item with tracking and insurance as we will not accept any responsibility for the loss or damage of return items during transit.  The refund will be made in the same manor as it was paid, i.e., PayPal, credit card, check by mail, etc.


If we have made a custom item, it cannot be refunded.  However, if not made to your request,  please return and we will re-do to your specifications.  After we re-do your display, we will send a email with photo of your item for your approval before we ship to you. 


Note to buyers outside North America:  All LP size displays will be sent in a all plastic frame.  This is to insure the safe (unbroken) arrival of your display.
