Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Any item listed on this web site is in stock and in most cases will ship within 2 days business days. Shipping charges are automatically calculated at time of check-out from our door to yours.
Q: Are these RIAA award records?
A: No, but they are made with the same multi-step electroplating process and look exactly like sales awards. They are not painted, sprayed or dipped.
Q: Do you ship international?
A: Yes - the shipping rate for your order is automatically calculated at the time of check-out. We only ship all items with tracking, insurance and delivery confirmation. Due to USPS shipping size limits on boxes going outside the USA, (except Canada) we cannot use a large box and add extra padding to protect your display like the boxes we use for USA deliveries. For this reason, we substitute with a all plastic frame to insure that your item arrives safely.
Q: Can you create a custom label and attach to the record?
A: Sorry we do not create artwork. We can crop and size to fit any artwork you send to us. Contact us for label information or send us your art work, photograph, company logo or what you prefer in the center piece and we can attach to the record at no extra charge.
Q: How do we purchase a display?
A: Follow the easy steps from "Adding to Shopping Cart" to "Check Out". For payment, we accept credit cards (through PayPal, but you will not need a PayPal account to pay with your credit card), money orders, checks, or PayPal. Sorry, no COD’s. Our email address and mailing address are all on the “Contact Us” page. It’s best to email us as we like to have all our questions, communications, etc. to be documented.
Q: Do you offer discounts for multiple pieces?
A: Sorry, due to the fact these are custom pieces, pricing is the same per item if you purchase 1 or 100, but if you purchase more the one, combined shipping will provide less per piece cost.
